🌀 Trick #1: Bubble Belly Breathing

How it works:

Put your hands on your belly.

Breathe in sloooowly like you’re blowing up a giant bubble.

Hold…

And let it go like a soft balloon deflating.

Do this 3 times. Whisper: “Bubbleeeee…” while exhaling.

🫧 Bonus move: Draw your bubble!

🐢 Trick #2: Turtle Stretch

Pretend you’re a sleepy turtle.

Tuck your head in.

Then stretch your arms and yawn like a cozy turtle waking up.

Repeat 3 times. Add a “yawn” sound if you like: Yaaaaaawn!

🪷 Trick #3: Color Meditation

Pick your favorite color.

Close your eyes.

Imagine you are floating in that color like Zipylyna in a smoothie sea.

How does that color feel? Warm? Cold? Happy?

Now draw yourself floating in it.

🧘‍♀️ Trick #4: Brain Yoga – Zipylyna Style!

Try these 3 easy movements:

  • ✋ Touch your left knee with your right hand
  • ✋ Switch sides
  • 🙃 Make a silly face and wiggle your toes while doing it

Repeat until your brain feels wobbly and relaxed!
